Soldier Deals With Electrical Issue

Over the summer, this army family discovered that their emergency heat and A/C ran simultaneously. This produced a massive electricity bill and repair costs. Despite having a disabled daughter who requires a hospital bed at home, the electrical company still threatens to cut power. Please help this medically retired veteran and his family get them back on their feet.
