Bob’s Discount Furniture Announces Partnership with Operation Homefront
SAUGUS, Mass. – June 13, 2019 – Bob’s Discount Furniture, one of the fastest growing furniture retailers in the United States, announces a new corporate partnership with Operation Homefront, a national nonprofit that serves America’s military families. Through this partnership, Bob’s will support Homes on the Homefront, the Back to School Brigade, and other Operation Homefront programs designed to help build strong, stable, and secure military families.
The CEOs of both organizations kicked off the partnership at Bob’s Saugus store location on June 12th. During this celebratory meeting, the Bob’s Outreach Program team presented a check in the amount of $18,000 towards Operation Homefront’s Back to School Brigade. The funds will be used to purchase and distribute much-needed school supplies to military children in the Northeast as they return to school for the 2019-2020 school year.

In addition to the program support, Bob’s has selected Operation Homefront as their Café Collections for a Cause recipient for the fourth quarter of 2019. Every customer donation made in Bob’s complimentary cafes from October through December will be matched by Bob’s Charitable Foundation and donated to Operation Homefront in early January 2020.
