Set Up Your Planned Giving Today

You can use planned giving to support our mission to help military families.

A planned gift is any major gift, made during your lifetime or at death, as part of your overall financial and/or estate planning. Along with annuities and retirement plans, we have several options available for you to consider:

Stocks and Securities
Operation Homefront accepts stock and other securities as charitable donations through our account with Merrill Lynch. To make a donation of any marketable securities, download and complete the transfer form and submit to development@operationhomefront.org. Or, to complete the process online, our partner, FreeWill offers this free online tool to access your necessary paperwork and complete your stock gift in 10 minutes or less.

Bequests
We suggest the following language in order to make a bequest to Operation Homefront.

Sample Bequest Language for Wills:

I give [cash of $_________] or [specified property] to Operation Homefront (EIN 32-0033325), to be used for its general purposes.

Wills or Living Trusts
Trusts and wills are another option for planned giving. Your assets are not tied up now yet you may rest assured that they will benefit our military families in the future.

Our partner, FreeWill, offers Operation Homefront supporters this online estate planning tool to write a legal will in 20 minutes or less for free, and include the necessary language to create a legacy gift that supports military families. Get started here.

If you’ve already created a gift in your will or trust to Operation Homefront please fill out this form to let us know about your gift!
