Dianna Jaffin is an interdisciplinary scientist with expertise spanning engineering, exercise physiology, and neuroscience. Her work centers on translating the science of resilience, recovery, and performance into practical strategies that optimize human potential. With trauma-informed training and certification as a HeartMath® practitioner, she has led large-scale translational science and performance initiatives across military, academic, and nonprofit settings. Jaffin has directed interdisciplinary programs focused on brain health, operational readiness, and resilience in high-stress environments, developing evidence-based approaches to support both individual recovery and system-level performance. Her work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals in neuroscience, sports medicine, and military medicine. Through her leadership, research, and teaching, Jaffin bridges science and practice to advance human performance, resilience, and long-term brain health.
