Operation Homefront’s Veterans Day campaign is a focused effort to honor and support military families nationwide. Taking place each year from November 1 to November 11, this campaign mobilizes our community to show appreciation for the service and sacrifices of military members and their loved ones. Through compelling storytelling, targeted outreach, and partner collaboration, we inspire donors and raise awareness about the unique challenges military families face.
Funds raised during the campaign provide critical resources for families, ensuring they receive the support they need both now and in the future. By rallying support in just eleven days, the Veterans Day campaign demonstrates the power of collective action and highlights the ongoing importance of standing with our military families.

Our Families and Impact
Thanks to Operation Homefront’s Permanent Homes for Veterans (PHV) program, the Dorsey and Ford families are homeowners and next-door neighbors who, like soldiers, have each other’s backs. That reassurance is among the many quality-of-life improvements that grew out of their participation in the program.
Beyond the financial support from programs like Back-to-School Brigade® and Holiday Meals for Military®, the support given by the community at these events made the Molina family feel welcome and seen.
Operation Homefront’s Critical Financial Assistance Program provides military families short-term financial help. For the Murray family, that looked like critical baby items for their premature infant and rent. “It really makes a difference when you can have that sigh of relief,” said Murray.
