Along with serving on the board of Operation Homefront, he is an advisor to Bass Pro Shops and Reel Aloha Life. Ellison most recently led Brixton LLC as Chief Executive Officer; he earlier held senior leadership roles at Levi Strauss & Co., Nike, Inc., and Quiksilver, Inc.
