Karen Genneken is a seasoned executive, board director, and U.S. Air Force veteran with extensive leadership experience spanning global organizations ranging from $4 billion to $3.6 trillion in assets and operations. A former Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer, she has held full P&L responsibility and led complex business transformations across financial services, real estate, investment banking, registered investment advisory, portfolio management, and asset management sectors. Her experience includes serving under public company ownership as a CEO, as well as board leadership roles within organizations backed by private equity and sovereign wealth investors. Today, Genneken serves as an Independent Board Director for a privately held, family-owned global supply chain consulting company that supports both commercial and government clients. She holds a M.A. from Eastern New Mexico University and is a member of both the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Private Directors Association (PDA).
