Troy leads Operation Homefront’s Information Technology, Logistics, and Facilities divisions, overseeing IT systems, applications, infrastructure, security, and warehouse operations that support program delivery. With more than 20 years of experience in technical support, network engineering, systems management, and software development, he joined Operation Homefront in 2016 after serving as a systems engineer at the United Service Organizations (USO), where he managed enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
Troy has a strong personal connection to the military, with several cousins and extended family members who have served in the Army and Marine Corps, and he has spent more than 15 years supporting military families through nonprofit work.
