Grunt Style donation to Operation Homefront ensures safer programs for military families
SAN ANTONIO – The veteran-owned lifestyle retailer, Grunt Style, has donated 19,000 washable cloth face masks to the national nonprofit, Operation Homefront. The masks will be supplied to organization staff and volunteers, allowing for the continuation of Operation Homefront’s highly valued programs while adhering to Federal, state and local COVID-19 guidelines.
Thousands of military families across the nation have relied on Operation Homefront’s recurring programs for more than a decade. These programs include Holiday Meals for Military, Back-to-School Brigade, Star-Spangled Baby Showers, Homefront Celebrations, and Holiday Toy Drives. While the military-focused nonprofit has continued its mission by providing Critical Financial Assistance and recognizing the recipients of its annual Military Child of the Year program, many programs have been postponed since the middle of March due to health and safety concerns.
